• Maximum occupancy: 1 tenant
• Water and electricity are not included.
• High-speed internet is included.
• Mandatory monthly cleaning service: €30.
• Property tax, community fees and municipal waste collection charges are included.
• Security deposit: 1 or 2 months' rent, depending on the length of the contract.

Required Documentation

• Valid enrollment certificate from the Universitat Rovira i Virgili (URV) or proof of employment as a teacher, researcher or university staff member.
• Guarantor.
• Proof of permanent residence.
