Fantastic villa with swimming pool in Muro
Capacity for 6 people.
Spacious and bright living room with views of the garden, offers satellite TV and WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen connected to the dining room.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and another with two single beds and a bathroom with a bath. Upstairs there is a large bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower.
Wonderful outside area, covered terrace with comfortable sofas, large swimming pool of 10x6 meters, a jacuzzi next to the pool, sun beds, barbecue, play area and area to eat while enjoying the good weather.
There is also a toilet and an outdoor shower.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included.
- Air conditioning according to consumption. (0,27 €/kW)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

We had a lovely holiday and return to Mallorca staying in this villa which was of excellent quality and lived up to our expectations. The villa was well equipped and was high quality throughout. Communication throughout was excellent and very responssee more

Communication throughout was excellent and very responsive We knew the location was more remote so hire definitely recommended. However being based where it is access to Pollensa, Alcudia, Arta and the nice beaches of north west were only 30-40 mins drive away We also braved going to Palma for one day and once we found a car park that was a good day out but was very crowded this time of the year Overall an excellent place to stay which made another great holiday in Mallorca post Pandemic. Would recommend the villa to others.

Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, in der Küche ist alles vorhanden (endlich auch einmal genügend Gläser).

Ich habe schon viele Finca's auf Mallorca gebucht und diese gehört in die top3. Ganz toll angelegter Aussenbereich incl Pool und Whirlpool. Alle Möbel und die Küche sind neu und es ist alles sehr sauber. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen, 10 von 10 Punkten see more
