    Amazing rustic finca with private pool and garden in the nice village of Calvià up to 6 people. The house has all the appliances you may need for a fantastic holidays.

    In the outside of the finca, you can relax in the pool and admire the beautiful views of the mountains and the orchard with vegetables and fruit trees. The pool, terrace, garden, parking and chill area just in front of the house. It is a very peaceful area so you will enjoy your stay in a fantastic place.

    The Place

    This fantastic house is located in a little idyllically positioned village Calvià with direct access to the famous mountains Tramuntana.

    *IMPORTANT: It is essential to rent a car to enjoy your holidays in this accommodation as it is located in a secluded place


    Rules:

    - It not allow to smoke inside the property, in case of not follow with the rule you will be penalized.

    -Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa.

    -You must make responsible use of air conditioning and heating, turning them off when they are not inside the villa

    -The guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, deposit them in the containers or collection places established before the end of their stay.

    -ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.

    "Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, since it does not have common areas.

The position of the house is good if it has him a car, 10 minutes from Magaluf and 25 from Palma. There is however a small problem of ants that they often enter house. overall however the lodging is perfect for the one who wants to relax in the nature and at the same time to be next to the cities and to the beach.

The villa is nicely decorated, spacious, clean and has all amenities including a washing machine, iron, dish washer, hair drier etc. The pool area is large enough and has 6 sunbeds for everyone to sit on as well as two sets of outside tables and a BBQ that come in handy a few nights we were there. There is strong Wi-Fi that reaches the pool area and air con in the rooms although we didn’t use that much this time of year. Although it feels in the middle of nowhere you are only 14 Euros in a cab from the restaurants in Magaluf. Would definitely come back again if I get the chance.”
