Description
This newly built modern villa is perfect if you are looking for a fun and exciting summer holiday with family or friends! With a capacity for 8 people, this villa is perfect for sharing between families, as well as being only 10 minutes away from the centre of Calafell and the beach. This villa has 4 bedrooms: two with double beds and the other two with two single beds each. Besides, this villa has 3 bathrooms: two with shower and one with bathtub. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, while on the upper floor there is a suite with private bathroom.
The exterior of this villa invites you to spend both afternoons and mornings sunbathing by the swimming pool or enjoying a delicious barbecue. Furthermore, the large windows that characterize the villa and connect the living-dining room with the exterior, allow it to enjoy a great lighting throughout the day. The kitchen is open plan, so one can see what is going on outside even from the kitchen. This villa has ducted air conditioning, so it is ideal for keeping the house cool during the summer months.
All in all, this villa offers a luxurious space for a great summer holiday.

For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.
1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit (€500) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 21:00h and Check-in's that finish after 21:00h will have a supplement of €50.
