Beautiful recently renovated semi-detached house, located on the second line of the Calafell beach. The house has an exceptional location, 1 minute walk from the beach and 5 minutes walk from the promenade area where all the restaurants and shops are located.
It is distributed on two floors:
On the ground floor there is a living room, separate kitchen, bathroom with shower and exit to the two exterior terraces, opposite each other on each side of the house. One of the terraces has a barbecue, a dining table and direct access to the communal area.
The communal area has natural grass and two swimming pools: one for adults and one for children. It also has a garden area with trees to rest and relax.
On the upper floor there are 4 bedrooms: two of them have double beds, one room with a bunk bed and the fourth room with 2 single beds pushed together. There is a bathroom with a bathtub on the upper floor.
It has a private underground garage for one car, although all services are nearby, the car is not necessary.
The house is fully equipped. It has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV in the dining room, a kitchen equipped with all kinds of appliances and the bathrooms have towels and a hairdryer.
Nearby there are supermarkets and the train station at 500m. On the promenade there are facilities for children: parks on the sand, inflatables, etc.

Ce logement est très mais très bruyant alors qu on y était au mois d octobre -novembre j ose imaginer en plein mois d août
Cumulus insuffisant pour 8 personnes (6 adultes et 2 enfants)
De plus 2 chambres sont très bien, celle des lits superposés trsee more

Le logement est très bien situé mais hormis cela nous avons été très déçu Trop vis à vis, de bruit on entend tout chez les voisins et non adapté pour 8 La propreté laissait a désire |
