This spacious mansion, approximately 100 years old, invites you to spend a relaxing holiday with your family or a large group in the north of the island.
Business meetings, sport or festive events are welcome!
The house is located at the entrance of Llubí, where you will find good restaurants and shops. The dreamlike sandy beach of "Playa de Muro", 12 kilometres long, is 15 kilometres away.
The house was originally one of the first distilleries in Mallorca until it was finally restored as a Majorcan style house.
The house is divided into 8 accommodation units, each accommodation unit has a double bedroom (2 beds) and a bathroom.
- Ground floor: 2 accommodation units
- First floor: 3 accommodation units
- First floor: 3 accommodation units
The floors are connected by a central staircase and a lift. All rooms have air conditioning and central heating.
The house has WIFI access throughout the property, as well as large spaces to be all together, like the beautiful bbq area, and ample covered parking.
The perfect house, where you can enjoy your holidays with a big group.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity and air conditioning according to consumption. (0,30 €/kW)
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.

Cette maison est vraiment magnifique et nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin : tout ce qu'il faut en vaisselle et matériel en cuisine, les chambres spacieuses avec chacune sa salle de bains, l'abri véhicules immense. La cuisine près de la piscine est vraiment très conviviale. Les commerçants du village sont très sympathiques, et l'offre est très complète : boulangerie, supérettes, restaurants. Nous garderons un souvenir inoubliable de notre séjour et le recommandons vivement à tout groupe. Un très Grand Merci.

Tolles Haus mit 3 Wohnzimmern, zwei riesigen Terrassen, Hof, Garten und großem Pool. Es ist schön eingerichtet und wirklich gut geeignet für große Gruppen, da es sehr viel Platz gibt.
Besonders genossen wir den riesigen überdachten Sitzplatz vor desee more

Besonders genossen wir den riesigen überdachten Sitzplatz vor dem Pool mit Außenküche, Grill, Geschirr, Kühlschrank und Spülmaschine. Das Haus liegt mitten in Llubi. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind nah. Auch Bars und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. |

Für eine große Reisegruppe, in unserem Fall eine Clique von 16 Personen im Alter von 52 bis 66 Jahren hat die Finca eine gute Lage. Man kann einen Supermarkt, Restaurants und die Bushaltestelle fußläufig erreichen, ein Auto ist nicht erforderlich. Masee more
Für eine große Reisegruppe, in unserem Fall eine Clique von 16 Personen im Alter von 52 bis 66 Jahren hat die Finca eine gute Lage. Man kann einen Supermarkt, Restaurants und die Bushaltestelle fußläufig erreichen, ein Auto ist nicht erforderlich. Man muss nur einen Flughafenshuttle organisieren. Im Gebäude ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt, die Schlafzimmer sind eher zweckmässig, wie das gesamte Haus, aber für den Preis ok. Man darf keinen großen Luxus erwarten. Der Service von Mallorcacharme ist ausgezeichnet. Ein Problem wurde direkt behoben.
