Big and cosy finca with swimming pool and in the middle of the nature.
This big finca is situated near Campos, where you will find all the services: Restaurants, supermarkets, banks, gas stations, etc. Some of the best beaches on the island, Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Ràpita and Sa Colònia, are just a few minutes away by car.
The typical Mallorcan finca has a living area of 200 m2 and is prepared for 9 people. In the main house there is a living-dining room with satellite TV and WiFi.
In the kitchen, which is fully equipped and cosy, the 9 people can have fun cooking and then eat at the large dining table.
In total there are 5 bedrooms (two with double bed, 2 with 2 single beds and 1 with 3 single beds) and 3 bathrooms with shower in the house.
There is also a separate flat. Here you will find a comfortable living room, another fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bath.
The cosy finca attracts attention above all because of the beautifully maintained outdoor area, all kinds of Mediterranean plants and several cosy relaxation areas await for you.
There is also an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and the swimming pool, 10x4.5m, where you can refresh on hot summer days.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.
