    Description

    Beautiful and cozy villa with swimming pool in the middle of nature.

    This beautiful country house is located near the village of Campos, south zone of Mallorca.
    Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc., will be within your reach and some of the best beaches on the island such as Es Trenc, Ses Covetes, Sa Rapita and Sa Colonia, will be only 10 minutes away by car.

    The cosy Mallorcan finca has both interior and exterior stone walls, vaults and 150 m² of living space with capacity for 5 people. It offers a cosy living-dining room with two sofas, fireplace, satellite TV, WiFi... and an open concept, fully equipped kitchen.
    One room has a double bed, the other two rooms have three single beds, both are air-conditioned. It has two bathrooms, one of them on the ground floor and the second one on the first floor.

    The property is characterized by a delicately cared for exterior area, in the beautiful garden you will see all kinds of Mediterranean plants and discover several areas to sit and enjoy the wonderful Mediterranean climate.
    There is a barbecue, a tenis-table, a large 8x4m pool that will delight young and old on the hottest days.

    Auch als es ein Problem mit dem Pool gab wurde uns innerhalb einer Stunde geholfen. Insgesamt sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber und sehr angenehmer Kontakt.
    Wir haben sogar zur Begrüßung und zwei mal zwischendurch selbst geerntete Tomaten, Paprika und Eier des benachbarten Hofes bekommen.
