    We always had hot water and the situation is second to none. The front bedroom has a great outlook but the back bedroom is very dark and noisy with no window/curtain open to the living room. Did like the fact that there is a washing machine.

The apartment Santa Clara 3 is very confortable, clean, well equipped and with a great view on the sea, beach and Carihuela. The access for the Paseo by the elevator is very easy. We were there in February and March 2019 we walk around a lot and enjoyed the location (many restaurants, bistros and boutiques...). Very good time!

    This two bedroom apartment was spotless, it had everything anyone could ever want. it was two mins down the road to the beach and restaurants and two minutes from the front entrance to the supermarket. it had a pool set in lovely gardens which were kept clean and tidy daily by the gardener. the pool was very quiet as was the garden.the security of the apartments was excellent. The owner was wonderful and so friendly, he speaks good english and he couldn't do enough for us. he contacted us , was in contact with us before and as we arrived in malaga so he could show us the apartment and give us the keys. He was marvellous. i would definately recommend renting this spanish apartment.

    We loved the apartment. It's well equiped and has everything you need. The view from the balcony is wonderful. The elevator to the boulevard and beach is perfect. Restaurants and shops are nearby.
