This lovely and welcoming house is located in the quietest zone in all Segur de Calafell. It has a warming view of the mountain and the neighbourhood.
This house has 4 bedrooms: one individual bedroom, the second one with two individual bedrooms and the other two bedrooms have both a double bed. It also has three bathrooms that have each a bathtub, one of them has a hydromassage bathtub.
The living room and dining area goes directly to the terrace and the garden, so it gets a really nice and cozy illumination throughout the day, and it is ideal to keep an eye on the little ones that may be on the pool. The kitchen on the other hand, is completely equipped and very well illuminated.
Finally, we find the garden with a private pool, ideal to spend a nice family stay. We musn't forget about the private garage, which has a capacity of two parking places.
