Spacious 5-bedroom house ideal for large families, located in an area in the beautiful and quiet urbanization of Los Boscos, just 10 minutes by car from the center of Tarragona and less than 15 minutes on foot from the beach. The house is distributed on three levels: ground floor with a spacious living room, 1 bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, porch and access to the garden. The basement floor has a multipurpose space, a bathroom, a large basement and a very large parking lot. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are connected by a private terrace. There are also 2 bathrooms upstairs. The house is surrounded by a natural grass garden with swimming pool and barbecue. The garden is completely flat, with native Mediterranean plants.
It is a perfect place for your holidays on the Costa Dorada.
