This beautiful Villa Silenci – Son Valenti located in a really nice place near Sa Pobla, it’s a countryside house-cottage, ideal for families with children (up to 8 people + baby). This house is very nice as it is isolated from any neighborhood, plus you can enjoy rural life with peace and calm with all the quality amenities you may need for a perfect holiday.

The municipality of Sa Pobla stretches over one of the most fertile agricultural areas on the island. Rice (arròs brut, literally “dirty rice”) and potatoes are the hallmark of Sa Pobla’s gastronomy and have been related to the daily life of this agricultural municipality for many centuries. The house is located in an agricultural plot in operation.
Sa Pobla shares with Muro S´Albufera Natural Park, where you can find over 200 bird species and about 30 fish species living in this protected area.
The population of this municipality is mainly gathered in the village of Sa Pobla. In the outskirts, on the other hand, there is the oratory of Santa Margalida de Crestatx, the oldest one on the island (13th century).
The Museum of Saint Anthony and the Devil in Sa Pobla commemorates the popular festival of Saint Anthony. Located in Can Planes, it houses different elements of the festival, such as devils and figures with a big head.

-The guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, deposit them in the containers or collection places established before the end of their stay.
-ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.
"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, since it does not have common areas.
