Modern house distributed on one floor with three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes, one with a trundle bed (two single beds), the other bedroom with three single beds (one is a bunk bed) and the third suite-style bedroom with a double bed and its bathroom with shower, in the same hall is the second bathroom with bathtub. Then there is the open kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, large fridge, etc., with a breakfast bar and six stools for your meals inside; the bright and spacious living room with two sofas and a flat screen TV, from which you access to a large veranda with a ceiling fan, furnished with cupboards and a dining set to enjoy your meals or moments of relaxation with views towards the pool; the veranda opens onto a built-in barbecue with its worktop and sink, and also onto the terrace with a private pool with its extensive terrace, sun loungers, table and chairs and shower. Inside the fully fenced property, on the terrace there is also a bathroom with a shower and the garage with a door that leads into the house.
