Enjoyable 3 bedroom house with private garden and covered terrace, located in a beautiful family residence with swimming pools and a large green area.
Functional rental to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

The house is distributed over two floors, on the top floor there is a complete bathroom with a bathtub and three double bedrooms with ceiling fan, the first with a double bed and access to a terrace with views of the garden and the pool, the second with a double bed, the third with two single beds.
On the main floor is the toilet with the washing machine, a separate kitchen with complete appliances such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, etc. with a large window that overlooks the living-dining room equipped with a dining set, sofas, ceiling fan and television, from where some large windows allow access to the covered terrace furnished with table, chairs and a built-in barbecue, to be able to enjoy meals outside; from here, a small staircase descends to reach the private paved garden, where there are sun loungers and a table with an umbrella, and a small door with direct access to the communal area with a large garden and two swimming pools.
As an optional service, to be requested in advance, bedding and towels are offered at 20 euros/person.

The house is part of a residential family area with a large communal area with lawn and palm trees, two large pools, one for adults and one for children, with outdoor showers and a large soccer field located behind.

The residential is located in a quiet and wooded area on the heights of Miami Beach, about 3 km from the gorgeous beaches and coves of Miami Beach and Cala dels Vienesos, Cala de les Sirenes and Playa Cristal, 5 km from the resort the town with access to water and leisure activities with numerous restaurants, shops, the promenade, bike paths, etc.
Access to the beaches is quick and easy by car and parking next to the beach is free.
The most touristic cities such as Cambrils, Salou and La Pineda, as well as the PortAventura-Ferrari Land, Costa Caribe or Aquopolis amusement parks, are easily accessible both by car and by bus.

Spacious rental to enjoy a vacation in the sun with swimming pools and near to the beach.
