Quiet villa with furnished terrace and large private garden in a small family residence with pool, located near the beautiful beaches and coves of Miami Playa.
Functional, comfortable and bright to accommodate up to 6 people, it has 2 bedrooms, 1 cabin and 2 bathrooms on two floors.
On the first floor are the two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a double bed, the second bedroom with a single bed and a bunk with two single beds (triple room) and one cabin space with a single bed, a full bathroom with a bathtub , and a pleasant terrace accessible from the master bedroom, overlooking the residence pool.
The ground floor consists of a large living room furnished with a double sofa bed, a large piece of furniture, a flat screen TV, DVD, Hi-Fi system, and then there is the dining room with table and chairs in front of the fully equipped open kitchen with all the appliances (oven, microwave, large refrigerator, freezer, etc.); to the right of the stairs is a second full bathroom with a shower.
A large door-window from the living room opens onto the covered terrace furnished with a table, chairs, ceiling fan, lights and barbecue, and also has 2 roller awnings to provide shade in the sunniest hours. The terrace is very pleasant to enjoy the beautiful summer days and a view towards the private garden of the villa with grass and plants, very spacious and well kept. At the end of the garden, there is a security gate that leads directly to the residence's swimming pool surrounded by lawns and has showers.
This rental includes a private parking space within the property that is secured by a gate.
This pleasant villa belongs to a small family residence composed of 12 houses that share the green area with a large pool in the center, and it has a beautiful and clear view of the wooded area of Miami Playa.
The residential area of Casalot is quiet, ideal for families and located in the wooded heights of Miami Playa with a small supermarket-bar-restaurant "Papaya". About 3 km away is the tourist center of Miami Playa and its beaches and coves of fine sand (Cala dels Vienesos, Playa Penyals, Cala de les Sirenes or Cala del Solitari; and about 4 km from the long Playa Cristal) with all its amenities, shops and restaurants, as well as leisure activities for children and adults. To park on the beaches is free.
The most touristic cities such as Cambrils, Salou and La Pineda, as well as the parks of PortAventura-Ferrari Land, Costa Caribe or Aquopolis, are easily accessible by car or by bus.

Moderniser un peu les ustensiles cuisine /déco tout en gardant le côté tipyque de la région. Certaines éléments semblant pas solide, rebord évier, dessous de lavabo, rien de gênant mais qui ajouterait un plus.
