This beautiful and quite villa is located in the center of the island in Manacor area. Equipped with a fantastic pool and beautiful views to the landscape of Mallorca it is a perfect and quiet option if you want to relax and enjoy the mediterranean landscape and experience. Fully equipped villa with pool, sun beds, BBQ, outdoor terrace.
The villa is situated on 17116 square meters and the actual house has 280m2 which provides you private to chill and relax in the heart of Mallorca. There are 4 bedrooms, 3 double rooms and 1 with two twins beds. 3 Bathrooms with 1 ensuite. With 2 kitchens and a big living room you can enjoy the perfect family vacations. Also it has Wifi, fire place, SAT-TV, fully equipped kitchen and wash machine and dry machine as well. All to make you feel like your home.

It is close to the city of Manacor, the second most important city in Mallorca where there are countless shops and a market with typical products of the area.
It has a wide cultural and historical heritage among which the Royal Palace, the church of San Vicente Ferrer, the Tower of Ses Puntes, the church of Santo Domingo, the theater of Manacor or the Tower of Enagistes.
You can not miss the opportunity to know its caves (Caves of Drach, Hams, Can Senyoret and the Pirate).
The best known town of Manacor (Mallorca) is undoubtedly Porto Cristo, just 14km from the city, and this small town stands out for having one of the most beautiful natural harbors in our country with a very nice promenade and a good offer of leisure and entertainment.
Some of the best beaches on the island, such as Son Serra, are only 15-20 minutes away by car.

-Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa.
-You must make responsible use of air conditioning and heating, turning them off when they are not inside the villa
-The guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, deposit them in the containers or collection places established before the end of their stay.
-ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In case of complaints from the neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by any people in your group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment whether it is during the day or night, without giving any refund of the amount already paid for the booking and keeping the damage deposit.
"Covid-free": This accommodation follows all professional cleaning and prevention protocols to make your stay as comfortable and safe as possible; The entire establishment is private and you will not have direct contact with any person throughout your stay, since it does not have common areas.
