Semi-detached house with two private terrace, in a residential area with large community pools and green area, ideally located near the beach, the tourist center and the port of Cambrils.
Bright accommodation with capacity to accommodate up to 6 people.

The villa is distributed over 2 levels, on the upper floor are the two double bedrooms with large wardrobes and ceiling fan, one bedroom with a double bed and television, and the other bedroom with two single beds and a door to access the small terrace, and finally a bathroom with a bathtub.
On the ground floor, and when entering through the main gate of the villa, there is the first shaded terrace with plants and two chairs, inside the house is the fully equipped independent kitchen, a laundry room with the washing machine and cleaning material, a toilet and a bright living-dining room with TV, dining set, fireplace, sofa and with a large window that opens onto the second terrace equipped with garden furniture, roller awning and electric barbecue, which has a small private gate that leads to the large community area.

To complete the comfort, the accommodation includes electric blinds, electric iron, Wi-Fi, satellite with international channels, safety box, bedding and shower towels. There is no parking, however it is easy to park for free in the small street of the residence.

The residential area is small and familiar, with a well-kept park with grass and shaded areas, showers and two swimming pools (adults and children).
The house is located in a quiet area of Cambrils, near the beach and the pedestrian and cyclist promenade that allows you to reach the tourist center with all its amenities, restaurants, shops, beach bars, etc. and its various water and leisure activities. 1km from the villa is the sports center with tennis and paddle tennis courts.
