Comfortable and spacious house with 5 double bedrooms, is located in a very quiet environment, surrounded by nature, about 6 km from the beach. The house is distributed over 2 floors: on the ground floor there is a large living-dining room with access to the pool and the backyard with a barbecue, a large and fully equipped kitchen, a double bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower.
On the upper floor there are 4 double bedrooms and two large bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have access to the terrace with panoramic views of the town and the sea.
All rooms have air conditioning.
The pool has a cover that provides privacy and maintains a good temperature. There are several sunbeds for lounging and sunbathing by the pool.
You can store a car in the courtyard of the house or park on the street since the street is very quiet and not very passable.
A few meters from the house there is a bar where you can buy homemade bread or pastries for breakfast, order the paella to take away or have a drink.
It is certainly a perfect place for family vacations.
