Description
This house has been fully refurbished before this season. There are 4 bedroom with sea and panoramic veiws, big living room with the terrace overlooking the area, pool and Mediterranean sea. Fully equipped kitchen.
The air conditioning throughout the house is ducted, it has the antivirus and anti-mite system and suitable for people with respiratory problems
There is outside barbeque area. The pool is totally private, surrounded by the palm trees, lemons and other fruit trees.
The house is situated on the hill, in a quite urbanization Valldemar. There is a bakery 200m from the house and a local restaurant where you can have a breakfast with fresh hand made croissants, order paella or other typical mediterranean food to eat there or to take away.
There is a bus stop a several metres from the house to get to the station, centre of the Calafell or to the beach. The frequency is every 30 min.
Distance to the beach is 10 min driving.

No hay aire en todas las habitaciones, sólo en el salón. El acceso para meter los coches es complicado y la ubicación de la casa hace que tengas que coger el coche para cualquier cosa.
