Villa with private pool, air conditioning and Wi-Fi, located in a residential area near the magnificent coves and beaches of “Las Tres Calas” in L'Ametlla de Mar.
The house is distributed over two spacious floors with 3 double bedrooms whose comfort is adapted to accommodate 6 people (8 people if 2 children sleep on the sofa bed in living room).

On the upper floor there is a bathroom with a bidet and a bathtub equipped with hydromassage jets. there are two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and television, whose large windows give access to a balcony with views of the pool.
The ground floor offers a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a third bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, a TV and a window that gives access to the terrace, the dining room with its dining set, a spacious and bright living room with a large sofa bed, large screen TV, home cinema, dvd, and windows to access the beautiful terrace furnished with a second dining set and whose view is towards the private pool treated with salt by electrolysis (for a softer quality of water ) and surrounded by sun loungers, outdoor shower, barbecue, chill-out house for your moments of relaxation.

The property is fully fenced for privacy. To complete the comfort, the accommodation includes Wi-Fi, satellite with international channels and a parking space, although it is also easy to park on the street for free.
Optional services to be requested in advance are: air conditioning ducted in all rooms for € 100 / week, bedding (sheets and shower towels) for € 13 / person and the possibility of heating the pool for € 100 / week.
The supplement for cleaning is mandatory and is 150 euros.

The villa is in a quiet area surrounded by trees, located just 500 meters from the beautiful coves of L'Ametlla de Mar and 1 km from the beautiful Cala Forn beach, the access to them is by walking and you can also go by car and park for free in front of the Tres Calas beaches, which are equipped with showers, toilets, beach bars and a beach guard.

At the entrance of the “Las Tres Calas” urbanization there is a small shopping center with a supermarket, restaurants and a pharmacy, as well as a leisure area with a playground for children and adults (swings, petanque court, etc.).
To make bigger purchases at 4 km is located L’Ametlla de Mar with its many shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

Bedding and towels are not included (rental with extra fees).

Catalonia applies a tourist tax for an amount of 1 euro per person over 16 years old and per day, limited to the first 7 days. To be paid at the arrival.
