House with a private garden within a family residence with green area and swimming pool, near the beautiful coves of the Las Tres Cales urbanization (L’Ametlla de Mar).
Nice and functional rental to accommodate up to 6 people.
The house is distributed over two floors, on the first floor is the first double bedroom with a double bed and a balcony with views of the garden and pool, the second double bedroom has two single beds, then there is the bathroom with a bathtub and finally a solarium with terrace sofas.
On the ground floor is the third bedroom suite with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and a bathroom with shower, then there is the kitchen with an American bar implemented with a fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, etc. that opens to the living room equipped with a dining set, sofa, flat screen TV and some large windows to access the terrace covered by a pergola with awning, dining set and view to the cute garden equipped with a built-in barbecue and sun loungers, from the garden there is a gate to access to the community pool and its green areas.
For greater comfort, the property offers Wi-Fi and the garage that is used as a storage room and where the washing machine is located. As optional services, to be booked in advance, are air conditioning at 25 euros/week (1 unit in each floor) and bedding and shower towels at 10 euros/person. The house does not offer private parking, however it is easy to park on the street since it is without exit.
The house is part of a residential area of 20 semi-detached villas, with a large communal area surrounded by plants, flowers, olive trees and palm trees, as well as a beautiful pool with an island in the middle and a collective barbecue available.
The Las Tres Calas urbanization is quiet and familiar surrounded by olive trees and with quick access to beautiful beaches and coves that have the advantage of having free parking and some offer showers and beach bars; and 1 km away there is a bar-restaurant with petanque court, football field and children's playground.
At the entrance of the urbanization are all the services such as a shopping center, supermarket, cafes, restaurant with petanque courts and many play areas, pharmacy, etc.
Nearby, L’Ametlla de Mar offers a typical fishing port with a fish auction market, the city center has larger supermarkets and along its pretty promenade there are various shops and restaurants.
Recommended rental for families seeking the tranquility of a large private jardin, a beautiful and extend community area with pool and the proximity to beautiful beaches and coves.

Las Tres Calas is a residential area located 4 km from the center of Ametlla de Mar, 12 km from Miami Playa, 35 km from Salou and 120 km from Barcelona.
This coastal urbanization proposes hiking routes to discover the absolute beauty through its coves and cliffs.
L’Ametlla de Mar has 16 kilometers of a unique coastline with 30 coves and beaches for all tastes, some with fine white sand, others with stones, surrounded by pine forests and crystal-clear waters. For lovers of nudism they have the “Cala Torrent del Pi" and for those who like to go to the beach with their pets they have “Cala Bon Caponet". Some of its beaches have accesses adapted for people with disabilities.
"AmetlladeMar Experience" is a group of companies that offer a wide range of activities in the Mediterranean Sea and the nature that surrounds the coast of L'Ametlla de Mar: diving, snorkeling, bicycle, kayak, tourist cruises, rental of boats, tuna-tour (swimming among giant tunas), fishing, hiking, motoring in the Calafat Circuit, etc.
Seafood cuisine is one of the hallmarks of La Ametlla de Mar, it has a wide range of restaurants where you can taste the typical dishes made with fish and seafood caught by the municipality's fishing fleet. Gastronomic days are held throughout the year to promote these quality and local products.
La Ametlla de Mar is certified as a Sports Tourism Destination by the Catalan Tourism Agency and is also part of the Nautical Station of the Costa Dorada.
