Located in the Alaró Valley, at the foot of the Sierra de Tramuntana, this stone house with a private pool offers accommodation for 8 people. The pool and its surroundings will make your stay worthy of wanting to return again and again, there are sun loungers, a suitable children's area available and a ping-pong table. You can swim accompanied by unique views of the Alaró valley while the only sound you hear is the song of the birds. A terrace invites you to relax and enjoy a dinner in the open air. The plot is fenced and is ideal for those seeking tranquility and nature. This establishment invites you to enjoy both summer and winter, as there are aircon and fans for the hot season and central heating for the colder months.
Villa Can Domngo - Alaró has 5 bedrooms, 3 with double beds and 2 with single beds (2 per room). It also has 4 bathrooms for the total comfort of the guests.
Alaró is a romantic place in the middle of the Tramuntana mountains and is ideal for lovers of nature and mountains. Alaró is famous for its castle that can be visited along a good path. Apart from this, the area is ideal for cycling or walking. You can visit the town of Orient, the Carthusian monastery of Valldemossa or the picturesque town of Deià. In Alaró there is a grocery store, and a variety of restaurants and cafes.
As for the beaches, you can choose between sandy beaches in the south, such as Playa de Palma, or rocky coves in the mountains, including Port des Canonge and Cala Deia.
There is ample outdoor parking.
-Please note that late check ins:
from 21:00 onwards, there is a charge of 50€ to be paid upon arrival
Rules:
-It is totally forbidden to smoke inside the property, if you do not comply with the rule you will be penalized.
-Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the apartment.
-Guests will be obliged to take care of the garbage generated during their stay, depositing it in the containers or collection places established before the end of their stay.
-Pets are not accepted
-A responsible use of air conditioning and heating must be made, turning them off when they are not inside the villa
ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN! In the case of receiving complaints from neighbors due to excessive noise or annoying behavior by anyone in their group, the owner has the right to expel the client and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without giving any Return of the amount already paid for the reservation, also keeping the deposit.

Amazing spacious villa with a fabulous pool - we particularly loved the variety of places to sit outside, with both shady and sunny options at all times of the day and loads of loungers. It’s a great place for young kids, with a number of toys and bosee more

It’s a great place for young kids, with a number of toys and books available - although note that the play area (swing etc) shown in the pictures isn’t in the best condition. But all in all we had a brilliant stay and would recommend.

La maison est très grande et très agréable. Les multiples terrasses et la piscine sont vraiment appreciables et sont un réel plus ! l'emplacement est cependant un peu loin du centre de Palma mais le trajet reste faisable avec une voiture !! La communsee more

Een familiehuis waar overduidelijk veel jaren liefde in zit. Het is wat oud, maar zeer goed onderhouden en een perfect verblijf met kleine kinderen die op het terras rond het huis uitgebreid maar veilig kunnen rondkruipen en ontdekken. Het contact vesee more
Een familiehuis waar overduidelijk veel jaren liefde in zit. Het is wat oud, maar zeer goed onderhouden en een perfect verblijf met kleine kinderen die op het terras rond het huis uitgebreid maar veilig kunnen rondkruipen en ontdekken. Het contact verliep zeer goed, de familie deed hun best om het ons zo comfortabel mogelijk te maken en reageerde meteen en adequaat bij vragen. Het zwembad wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt. Op een paar minuten rijden twee dorpjes waar je boodschappen kunt doen en wat terrasjes.
