There is a private garage with the separate access.
There is a big communal swimming pool with green garden situated in the separate location in front of the houses. Only few neighbors have an access to this area, which could be considered as semi private.
The house is situated within walking distance to the beach of La Pineda and to the one of the beaches of Cap Salou.
Distance to Port Aventura is 5 min driving. The Golf, Aquatic Parks and Dolphinarium are situated within walking distance.
