In this beautiful house you can enjoy your holidays in front of the sea.
Sleeps up to 6 people. Exceptional location, in front of Cala Pedruscada in Cala Rajada.
It has three bedrooms, all of them with two single beds, a large and renovated kitchen and a spacious living-dining room.
There are also two bathrooms with shower.
Great comforts and qualities inside, but what will fascinate you most about this house is its terrace with sea views, just a few meters away you can swim at any time of the day.
Or if you prefer, you can enjoy the pleasant sea breeze reading a book, relaxing or sharing a nice evening with your friends and family.
In addition, you will also find a terrace on the upper floor where there are sun loungers for you to sunbathe.
The house has another room that could accommodate up to 8 people (60,00 € extra per night). If you are interested please do not hesitate to contact us.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

Incredible house. We went with 5 friends and there was more than enough space, walking distance to all the cool pub and restaurants.
The best part for me was access to all the beaches within a 10min walk but also having a quiet private beach right see more
