There is a living area of 250 m². The house has 3 bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the rest with double beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with bathtub.
On the ground floor there are 2 of the bedrooms and a bathroom; on the first floor the rest.
There is air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
Spectacular outside area. Large terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture, swimming pool of 7x3 metres and sun loungers.
IMPORTANT:
