Welcoming accommodation with swimming pool in Maria de la Salud.
The accommodation is located 15 minutes by car from the beach of Can Picafort, and the northern area of Mallorca. You will be very close to the centre of the island and also to the beautiful beaches.
Capacity for 9 people.
Perfect for groups of friends or for families looking for privacy.
The accommodation consists of two houses, the main house and an attached house.
In the main house on the ground floor there is the living room and the kitchen, fully equipped. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub.
On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and another bathroom with bathtub.
In the annexed house there is a living room, kitchen (this one does not have a dishwasher), a bathroom and two bedrooms.
There is air conditioning in the two living rooms and in some of the bedrooms.
Spectacular outdoor area where you can swim in the private pool, enjoy pleasant evenings in the barbecue area and the children will enjoy the play area (tree house and swing).
IMPORTANT:
- Tourist tax: 2,20 € per person (16 years or older) and night until the eighth night, then 1,10 €. From November to April 0,55 and 0,27 € respectively.
- Electricity and air conditioning included.
- Deposit 300.00 €.
- Parties not allowed
- To comply with the law, personal documentation of all occupants will be required prior to entry.

The house is located on a small village where everyone is helpful and nice.
Both houses have large bedrooms and great space. Just the right size pool, with a nice patio and several sun loungers.
Parking is always available outside the house. We rsee more
