    Description

    A dream house in a very nice location for the best holidays.

    A big property in mediterranean ceramis style that offers a lot of good areas to enjoy an excelent holiday, good oportunity for big families.

    Just 1 km from Manacor is this wonderfull house. In this town, you will find good restaurants, supermarkets and other shopping opportunities. The house is also just 2.5 km away from the Rafa Nadal Tennis Academy. Besides the famous "Drach Caves" there are a lot to discover nearby. Also yo have many of the best beaches near and easily reachable by car.

    The house has a nice entrance hall, from here it goes into the large living room with comfortable sofas and a dining area, an air conditioner is installed here. It continues in the spacious fully equipped kitchen with another dining table and a comfortable sofa. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom.

    Upstairs 4 additional bedrooms are prepared, one with two single beds and the others with a double bed.All bedrooms are air conditioned. The master bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and also on suite with bathtub and shower, at the same level is an extra bathroom with bathtub and shower.

    The terrace in front of the kitchen and the living rooms are covered and provides you the necessary shade. Several cosy sitting areas are prepared outside.
    From here you can enjoy the fabulous view over the well-kept garden with its great trees and soft lawns and have direct access to the large pool, where comfortable sun loungers are provided.

    We recomend You the spectacular BBq area, as a little neighbour house. It is prepared with a completely kitchen, big barbacue area and a toilet. All at the outside, beside the pool with stunning views through the country.

    We stayed here with a group of 10 people in July 2021 and we can't rave highly enough about the place, the host, the quality of service and communication etc. The photos probably don't quite capture how great the house is. The outdoor area and kitchen is amazing and we spent almost of of our afternoons and nights in the outdoor kitchen area. We were greeted on arrival by the owner of the home who handed us each a beer and welcomed us with open arms and a big smile into his home. The owner was easily contactable either directlyvia Mallorca Charme. Mallorca Charme did a great job communicating with us prior to and during the stay - brilliant service. In terms of location, Mallorca is quite a large island so make sure you research all the areas as getting in and out of Palma from the house isn't the easiest. However, we had hired cars and there are plenty of great beaches within 10 to 15 minutes drive from the house. Overall, our stay was a 10 out of 10 and we definitely recommend staying here.

The villa is perfectly situated just 3 minutes from Manacor for all shopping needs. And just 15 minutes from the beach. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. For all of us, the highlight was the outdoor kitchen/lounge area. Not once did we use the kitchen inside the houseliving room. :)
