Fantastic and renovated villa in Muro.
Located between Muro and Can Picafort, only 5 minutes from the beach.
Capacity for 6 people.
Totally reformed, all its rooms are on one floor,
Large and bright kitchen next to the living room. Fully equipped kitchen and a large comfortable sofa with satellite TV that communicates with the porch.
There are three bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other two with two single beds.
Besides 2 bathrooms with shower and a toilet.
The garden is surrounded by olive trees, a 3x5 metre swimming pool, sunbeds, a barbecue area and a ping pong table to enjoy pleasant meals and evenings in the company of family or friends.
The whole house is completely climatized and has WiFi.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included.
- A refundable deposit is charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, an identity document is required from all guests before entering the house.

Semaine en famille à 6 au top ! La maison est isolée mais bien placée : par exemple on est à 8min en voiture d'une belle plage immense ("Miro" il me semble) et de idem pour les supermarchés. La maison est super (menuiseries haut de gamme, super litersee more

La maison est super (menuiseries haut de gamme, super literie, clim partout, WC et douche au top, grand frigo/congél), mais peut-être un peu trop récente car il manque quelques accessoires et commodités pour avoir 5/5 étoile (aspirateur, produits de bienvenue, jeux int/ext). On a un peu l'impression d'être dans un hotel sans room-service. Enfin : anti-moustique obligatoire pour profiter de l'extérieur.

Wir hatten zuerst ein anderes Haus gebucht, aber der Eigentümer hatte nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass es nicht verfügbar war, Mallorca Charme kontaktierte uns und bot uns diese wunderbare Alternative. Ich und meine Gruppe von Freunden haben den Aufenthalt hier genossen. Der gute Service der Agentur und des Eigentümers ist erstaunlich. Wir sind maximal 45/50 Minuten zu allen Orten gefahren, die wir auf der Insel besuchen wollten. Unser Lieblingsgebiet ist jedoch Playa de Muro. Vielen Dank und bis bald!!! |
