The house is fully air conditioned.
Outside there is a dining area as well as a barbecue area and private, secluded garden with direct access to the beach.
There is also a large terrace upstairs From all bedrooms you have direct access to the terrace or the garden.
In the salon is a sweeping leather sofa with chaise longue. The elegant dining area can accommodate up to 6 people.
Separated by a sliding glass door is the modern kitchen.
In this open environment, a large kitchen island dominates the spacious and functional kitchen, which is fully equipped with high quality appliances.
The modern design continues in the outdoor area, with a large terrace, equipped with modern furniture and sea views. You will find comfortable areas to relax. Enjoy your meals in the open air and

Der Geruchsverschluß in der Dusche unten funkzioniert nicht richtig. Das hintere Leuchtmittel zur Wand vor dem Schrank im unteren Schlafzimmer flackert. Leider ist die Rasenfläche ständig sehr durchweicht, sodass man diese ungern benutzt. Auch sind esee more
