- During the low-season check in and check-out hours are flexible. Contact the agency to discuss possibilities .
- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: Arrange collection of the keys with the agency. The total amount must be paid in advance.

We stayed at this apartment during Las Falleras. It was loud at night with fireworks, so beware if you come this time of year.. The apartment was well positioned with access to attractions and to town. It was also beside a long park tht provided asee more

It took several phone calls to get through to arrange to get the keys, then they sent someone and said they would call us when they arrived, but nobody did. We were sitting in a restaurant in the same building, and I finally found the woman waiting see more

We were sitting in a restaurant in the same building, and I finally found the woman waiting by the building entrance, now knowing where we were, even though I told the gentleman on the phone our plan to wait at the restaurant until someone arrived to show us in. Anyhow, everything was fine after that, and just a miscommunication.

Mayor menaje de la cocina (hemos echado en falta vasos, platos, manteles...) y el agua caliente cada vez que queríamos usar teníamos que apretar el botón de la caldera.
