Spacious ground floor apartment with a large and beautiful terrace, located in a residence with swimming pool and playground, near the coves of Cap Salou and the beautiful beaches of Salou and La Pineda.

The apartment is distributed in two bedrooms with wardrobe, one with a double bed and the second bedroom with a bunk bed (the one on he bottom is a double sofa bed and the one on the to is a single bed), a colorful bathroom with shower and hydromassage, and where the washing machine is installed. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer, etc.) opened to the dining room furnished with table and stools, single sofa bed, drawer, television and large windows to access the beautiful and modern terrace of 50 m² furnished with picnic table and benches, loungers, rotating parasol, stone barbecue and even a doghouse in case you come with your pet.
The accommodation offers as an optional services the air conditioning at 30€/ week and linen ( sheets and shower towels) at 5€ per person. There are fees (50€) of final cleaning service to paid on arrival. Around the property there are numerous free parking spaces available (they are not numbered).
The apartment is located on the ground floor within a pleasant family residence with a communal area that offers a fenced and guarded pool, playground, sports court, shaded garden areas and views of the golf course and the PortAventura amusement park.
