Penthouse with 200m2 of a beautiful private terrace, within a family residence with swimming pools located in the heart of Salou and close to its beaches.
Nice rental to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
Enjoyable and functional apartment distributed in three bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and ceiling fan, one with a double bed and large windows with access to the terrace, the second and the third bedrooms with two single beds each one, a spacious bathroom with Italian shower, a spacious fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge, etc.) and with access to the terrace, a toilet, the living-dining room with its dining set, a conventional sofa and a double sofa bed, television and large windows for access the large terrace with clear views of Salou.
The terrace that surrounds the apartment on three sides is very well decorated with beautiful plants, it has a laundry space with its clothesline, sink and where the washing machine is located. The large terrace is ideally furnished: at the exit of the kitchen there is a covered outdoor dining set with an awning and sliding curtains, next to it is the built-in barbecue, a worktop and its sink, in the other corner is the ping-pong table and around the terrace several sun loungers to enjoy your moments of relaxation.
To complete the comfort, all the windows have electric shutters and outside roller awnings. The accommodation also includes Wi-Fi, satellite to watch international channels, air conditioning in all rooms and bedding (sheets and shower towels). As an optional service to request in advance is the parking space in a neighboring residence at € 12 / day.

-Grandísima terraza, con tumbonas , toldos eléctricos para tener sombra ya que pega el sol de lo lindo.
-Zona tranquila , aunque a dos calles están todas los comercios y la calle que cruza hacia el paseo de Jaume I.
