Apartment with two terraces within a residence with community pools and located in the quiet area of La Dorada in Cambrils, 50 meters from the beach.
Functional rental to accommodate up to 4 people.

The apartment is distributed in a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, ceiling fan and windows to access the first terrace with sun loungers and views of the street that leads to the beach and the side view of the sea, then there is a bathroom with a bathtub, the fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, etc.) and open to the living room with its dining set, double sofa bed, ceiling fan, television and windows to access the second terrace furnished with table and chairs to enjoy the views of the swimming pools of the residence.

To complete the comfort the accommodation includes air conditioning installed in the living room. The rent does not include parking, however it is easy to park in the small streets around the residence.

Located on the first floor with no elevator but with few stairs inside a small residential building of only three levels whose communal area has two swimming pools (adults and children), outdoor showers and a well-kept garden with grass. On the ground floor of the residence there is a small market and very close you can access small supermarkets and restaurants.
The residence is located 50 meters from the beach and a promenade.

La Dorada urbanization is quiet and has a beautiful pedestrian and cyclist promenade surrounded by pine trees that runs through Cambrils and its beaches with lifeguards, showers, beach bars and playgrounds. The promenade also has bars, restaurants, parks, sports areas and shops, passing through the nautical port and you can even reach Salou.

Ideal rental to enjoy beautiful beaches and the comfort of swimming pools in a quiet residence.
