Description
This apartment has been totally refurbished, is located in the walking area of Calafell, a few meters from the beautiful fine sand beach and close to all amenities.
Apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, living room-dining room with outdoor terrace, kitchen with interior terrace.
It is decorated in a modern, fresh and functional style. The bedrooms are double, there is a double bed and 2 single beds. The bathroom with shower.
There is a single sofa-bed in the living room.
Apartment has WIFI. Due to its distribution with the two opposite terraces, it fills perfectly naturally , the air conditioner in in the living room.
It is situated on the third floor without elevator.
This apartment is ideal for the family with children. You do not need the car since you can walk to all the places. The train station is a few minutes walk, trains to Barcelona center, Tarragona, Port Aventura circulate with the frequency of 30 minutes.
Calafell is famous for its healing properties of sea water, very rich in iodine, which concentration exceeds 10 times the norm, and which allows to improve your health while enjoying bathing or walking along the beach.

For stays longer than 28 nights, expenses (electricity, water, gas) are not included in the price.
1. To guarantee compliance with current regulations on citizen security, this establishment requires online check-in through its own channel, and may request the image of their ID and/or selfie from the tourist. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament. For these purposes, the necessary measures will be adopted to avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorized access.
2 . DISPOSAL OF MANDATORY GARBAGE Upon leaving the house, if leftovers of food/drinks or any other type of waste are left, a penalty of €200 will be charged from the deposit.
3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit (€200) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 10:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €50.
